Our policies

Over the years our policy positions have guided our interactions with, and statements to, the Scottish Parliament, the Scottish Government, the Scottish Prison Service (SPS), His Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons for Scotland, the media and other organisations and individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Many of these policies overlap with each other and are often rooted in the social justice field as much as the criminal justice field. It is not an exhaustive list and therefore we review and add to our policies on an ongoing basis.
